Routes and Applying Course

Applicants should provide the materials below

1. Complete the application form; A photocopy of highest academic qualification you obtain; a photocopy of English certificate (Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (CET4 or 6).

2. Registration Fee is 1500 RMB( not refundable)

3. Students will be informed and receive a unconditional offer in a week

4. Elmwood College China Office are available to help students with their visa application.

5. Students should transfer the institution fee to designated bank account of Elmwood College(Scotland, UK) in three weeks before go to UK.

6. Students should fax and send a photocopy of their flight ticket to UK.

UK Visa Application Procedures

1. English translation of all original Chinese documents along with photocopy

2. Complete the visa application form in English correctly

3. Applicant should provide passport and family book; provide a photocopy of first page of your passport and the signature page (passport should be valid over 6 months)

4. Two photographs are of size 3.5cm x 4.5cm and is of white background and clear features

5. UK visa application fee is 1510 RMB (Cash only)

6. submit the marriage certificate if you get married

7. Original documents and photocopy of unconditional offer and receipt of money paid for tuition fee and accommodation so far.

8. Submit verifiable evidence that you have the necessary fund or from parents

A statement which contains the employment and income information, document should have the address of the organization offering you a work placement if known and applicable.

9. Guarantee letter from parents (Please ask China Office for sample)

10. A photocopy of the qualification you already have and the qualification awarding body and qualification evidence of your English ability. (Applicants whose first language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (CET4 or 6).

Tuition Fee Details

1. Registration fee is 1500 RMB.

2. ￡4500 for one year full time study NC foundation Course

3. ￡6950 for one year full time study HNC (Level 2)

3. ￡6950 for one year full time study HND (Level 3)

4. ￡7000 for final year degree study in Abertay Dundee University

Living cost in Scotland

1. Accommodation Fee is ￡70 per week (en-suite, include bed, bed sheet, desk, mirror and Wardrobe etc.)

2. Cost of food and Drinks are around ￡20-30 per week (cheaper for self-cooking)

3. ￡34 is charged for Police Registration Certificate

4. Students surf internet in computer room and print the documents or their homework is free of charge.

5. Students play golf as part of training is free of charge.
